We ask our customers to inspect their shipment upon arrival for accuracy, defects or damages. In the rare event that something might have been overlooked, please contact us immediately for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return the product to us within 7 days. We will gladly replace the item and pay all shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error.

We have a 14 day return policy on all unused items. All requests for returns and exchanges will be handled fairly on an individual case by case basis. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be required; customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
